Moon's Day Is Coming!

This year's Sept.14th is Chinese Moon's day.

Yea,it is a national heritage and tradition....

There is also a legend about the Moon Cake:The legend says there were miseries in late Dynasty Yuan.Leader Zhu Yanzhang was putting his efforts in organizing a rebel against the existing regime when Aug.15th in Chinese lunar calendar was coming.However the message about the details of the rebel was hard to be conveyed to the downlines due to the strict control of the authority.Well,one of the followers of Leader Zhu plotted a trick by putting the message into cakes and the cakes were given to the downlines normally.Finally,the rebel was successful and Leader Zhu became King Zhu of Dynasty Ming.In celebration banquet King Zhu named the cake Moon Cake when Moon's Day had just come....

Dynasty Ming was founded in 1364.Hundreds of years have past.But Moon Cake lives until present and it will surly live eternally,...sweet,fragrance,delicious,noblized,...
